It's finally done!

Bob did a great job on my bathroom, I am glad its finally done.The turned out great. I am so lucky to married to a man of all trades.

I think for a nice treat I will take my Bobby boy to his favorite curry house for lunch a buffet today. I know he will love that!!!! I usually follow the Atkins Plan but I will make an exception :)

Tis the season

I can not believe how time flies by sometimes. Well we finally put our tree up. LOL 

Actually due to this one, Missy,  we cant have a tree because she loves to jump in it and play. Then all you see is this 6 1/2 foot tree swaying side to side wondering which way its going to fall.

                                                       Then there is this one, Chester,

                                                        and play with all the ornaments.

                                                        

 Regardless we still enjoy the season even though we can't decorate, I can still enjoy everyone elses decor. There is still plenty of time to visit my webbie for last minute gifts. Hello!!

Hi followers and those who just visit once in a while. I have been somewhat lazy and sometimes too busy to post. I have been on a lazy, no where goin vacation this past week.I love it when I can vegitate or just do whatever,whenever, I want to.

I bought 2 new beds for my cats today. Thought it would be such a good idea to keep them warm and comfy instead of using our bed or well, ME. Well this is hims making use of the new bed lol.

Im Baaackkk!!

Just as I was getting started with this new blog, I took a little hiatus. I have been a bit busy revamping my photos on my webbie. I decided I wanted to take a stab and taking pictures rather than my husband taking them. I came to conclusion I can do a better job at profiling my jewelry (don't tell him I said that)He prides himself taking photos cause he used to it as a hobby. We are also in the process of remodeling a few rooms. We finished the living room a few months ago, now the bathroom. This room is slow going he (Bobby boy) will *get er done*!! Here is a photo of the start of the project.

A sad goodbye

A sad day today, my father in law Tom passed away. A real genuine man he was. He welcomed me into his family with so much love, I can never explain. I just think about the times my husband would call him up to say hello and I would be in another room giggling, because all I could hear is my husband saying "how are you?" louder "how are you?" and louder "HOW ARE YOU?" he couldn't hear a lick and would just hand the phone off to mom to interpret, it just made me chuckle every time. Tom, I am a better person to have known you and I will miss you dearly xxx............

Rainy Days

UGGGHHHH This has been an exhausting end of the week. We had a terrible downpour,and got water in our basement. I think the question of the week is who DIDN'T have water in their basement. Luckily we had an old swimming pool pump and Bob quickly started to pump out the water. THANK HEAVENS IT WAS NOT SEWAGE!! All i had were clothes on the floor and baskets on the floor with clothes that I have been pondering on what to keep and what not to keep. Ended up being time to figure that out. My husband had often commented our one side of the basement looks like a Chinese Launderette. I have clothes lines and ironing boards down there. NO choice now it is getting cleaned up. I have since thrown 4 bags of clothes I no longer wear or don't fit anymore. I am fed up with "oh maybe one I will fit back into that" Ain't gonna happen girl!! If and when it does I think it will be out of fashion anyway lol. BOO HOO to all that rain...

My thoughts and prayers are with those who were not as lucky as us.

My Latest Design

While at the Bead & Button show this year, I came across these gorgeous red Whitehearts. I bought a few strands to make sure I had enough to make a couple different projects. My inspiration for these little beauties came from my cousin-in-law, Michelle, when she asked me to design her a new anklet and it had to be red and black when a creation was born. Needless to say she loved it!! I have more available on my website.
